HOW BIG ARE YOUR COOKIES?
Our cookies are approximately 3-4” in diameter and 3oz in weight (that’s heavier than a tennis ball!).

DO YOUR COOKIES CONTAIN NUTS?
All of our cookies are prepared and baked in a kitchen that also handles nuts, gluten, butter, and eggs. Our kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free or dairy-free facility meaning there is risk of cross-contamination. We do not recommend consuming our cookies if you have serious allergies or other dietary restrictions.

ARE YOUR COOKIES GLUTEN-FREE and/or VEGAN?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any gluten-free or vegan friendly cookies at this time.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?
Your cookies are individually heat sealed and can last up to a week at room temperature in their original packaging. Alternatively, if you have opened the cookie package, we recommend placing your cookies in an airtight container. When ready to eat, simply reheat in your microwave or oven.

CAN I FREEZE MY COOKIES?
Yes! Your cookies can also be stored in the freezer (up to 3 months) and reheated later. It would be best to bring your cookies to room temperature first before reheating in the microwave or oven.

HOW DO I REHEAT MY COOKIES?
If you love warm cookies, you can reheat your cookies in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. (Be careful! The chocolate can get very hot.) If you froze your cookies, you can reheat in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until warmed through.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Order as many cookies as you like! There is no minimum order, but you may qualify for free delivery!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN BOX?
YES! Our cookies are sold individually. So, you can mix & match to your heart’s desire! (We’ll take care of the box)

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order on our website (www.3amcookiesnow.com) for same weekend delivery. Weekly cut off is Thursdays at noon.

WHEN WILL I GET MY COOKIES?
Orders received by Thursdays at noon will be delivered the next day or the following Saturday/Sunday.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A DATE IN THE FUTURE?

WHEN DO YOU BAKE YOUR COOKIES?
We bake and package your order the day before delivery.

CAN YOU INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGE YOUR COOKIES?
Yes, all our cookies are heat-sealed to keep them fresh (as long as possible).

We have 2 delivery zones: Local and Outside. Local zone includes: The City of Toronto. Outside zone includes: Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Pickering, Stouffville and Aurora. [Check out our “welcome” page for a delivery map]

Pick-up is not available but we are happy to deliver to you!
